Refunds and Returns

Returns for bottles and accessories

You have 7 business days to return any bottles or accessories from the date you receive it.  If you have received your bottles or accessories and 7 business days has lapsed, then we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.

To be eligible for a return, your bottles or accessories must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  They must be in the original packaging.

Your returned bottles or accessories will need to have a printed copy of your order number, as proof of purchase.  It is your responsibility to ensure that the bottles or accessories are shipped to us.  We will not guarantee that we will receive them.


We will only offer an exchange in circumstances where the product is defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.  If the exchange is accepted, we will discuss the delivery period with you.

Refunds for bottles and accessories

Once we have received notification of a refund for an event and/or workshop and received the returned products, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product/s.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within the number of business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds for events or workshops

For a refund to be approved for our events and workshops you are required to contact us at least 8 working days before the event or workshop.

If the notification is received within 7 days, we will not provide a refund as the event or workshop has already been planned.

No return, No refund on blends

We have a no return, no refund policy for our rollerball, serum and spray blends due to hygiene reasons.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product/s.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
