Citrus and Mints. Is there anything better? Oh, yes, add a some heat and spice from ginger and cinnamon, and we have dōTERRA’s Smart & Sassy blend, which you have probably guessed I also love. It’s a proprietary blend of Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger and Cinnamon essential oils.
Tuyen, one of my business partners, always reminds me of this! So, I created a graphic to remind not only myself, but also others.
I’m now in a habit of giving my diffusers a clean on the first weekend of each month. Sometimes, life gets busy, and I don’t get around to it, and that’s okay, but this graphic reminds me to give them a little care and clean. It always makes them look new again.
Another blast from May 2017, this is a blend that I created on a cool day. It was one of my original blends in my Everyday Essentials range called ‘Winter Home’. In rebranding I will not be continuing with this blend, but thought you might like to try it in your diffuser.
This was my first dōTERRA essential oil I ever used back in 2014. I felt the affects almost instantly and fell in love with the spicy, minty, licorice flavour. It’s a proprietary blend by dōTERRA of anise seed, peppermint, ginger, caraway seed, coriander seed, tarragon and fennel essential oils.
Back in May 2017, this is a blend that Cora Cook in our Essential Olie Tree diffused on our way out to the Mudgee Markets. When we came home the house smelt amazing.
Ivana Skacelova in our Essential Olie Tree and I also created this face serum from the new Australian released essential oils.
- Add 5ml of Apricot Kernel Oil
- Add 4 drops of Blue Tansy
The Neroli and Rose in this recipe are the Touch versions.
dōTERRA’s Salubelle is a gorgeous rollerball of essential oils, which I like to dilute to make it last longer.
I love my homemade toner so much that I use it not only after cleansing my face, but also throughout the day as a moisturising and relaxing face or whole body mist.
If you love peppermint anything, then you will love dōTERRA’s peppermint essential oil. I do, you will see it featured in many of my recipes. Another must have essential oil as far as I’m concerned, as I love the nose clearing fresh and crisp aroma of it. Just be careful not to get it near your eyes, nose or ears, as it will burn as it’s a hot oil.
I also have made a ‘foaming clean me’ which makes the oil cleanser I posted about last week last longer.
Our daughter Bella needed a cost effective cleanser as she wastes so much dōTERRA HD Clear between overusing it and losing it! So, the main goal was to keep the costs down so I created a foaming cleanser out of the clean me oil cleanser and she loves it.
This is also a good alternative if your not used to using oil cleansers.
