This would have to be one of my family’s favourite rice dishes. I created it to go with lamb from a pilaf dish that Glenn’s Aunt made over summer.
I usually pack a bag of food when I go out for the day. I remember going shopping quite a few years ago now and forgetting to take my lunch.
