Pineapple Ginger & Lime Cordial

I haven’t shared too many of my homemade cordial recipes yet.  I started to make Pineapple Cordial as we got a few pineapples in our box divvy that were either dry or very ripe.  It’s a great way to even use up pineapple that has been cut up and not eaten.

I love making cordials in summer!  We are having such a warm spring that I’ve started to make fruit cordials earlier this year.

Citrus Crinkle Cookies

I’ve been making this extra citrus version for a while now, but really love to make my recipes quite a few times before I officially share and release them.

You will see from the different flavours of crinkle cookies that I love making them.  Mainly because they taste amazing and because they are gluten, dairy and corn free.  They are also quick and easy to make up if your having last minute guests, or people pop in.  I call them my slap happy macarons.

Cheese and Thyme Puffs

Once Mel left me to my own device, and I started to use my thermomix on my own, I found that I couldn’t recreate the recipe.  They were either raw or would stick to the pan, so I started tweaking the recipe til I came up with my own version.

Chilli Lime Salt

Well, we do love a mouthwatering tasty salt in this house.

This flavour combination was created by Bella our 11 year old gluten free kid. I have sprinkled it over sweet potato fries, bbq and roast chicken, bbq fish, roast potatoes….well anything and everything that you potential sprinkle with a little salt.
