Pineapple Ginger & Lime Cordial

I haven’t shared too many of my homemade cordial recipes yet.  I started to make Pineapple Cordial as we got a few pineapples in our box divvy that were either dry or very ripe.  It’s a great way to even use up pineapple that has been cut up and not eaten.

I love making cordials in summer!  We are having such a warm spring that I’ve started to make fruit cordials earlier this year.

Study Time Rollerball Blend

I actually love using dōTERRA’s proprietary blend called InTune.  It was created to support our bodies during times when we are required to be focused.  However, as it comes in a rollerball of pure essential oils, we found it just too strong for our kids, so we started to dilute the rollerball into other rollerballs bottles and added some lemon essential oil to tone it down to their preferred aroma.

This is our youngest daughter’s favourite blend to wear to school, and when sitting down in the evening to complete her allocated homework.

Cheese and Thyme Puffs

Once Mel left me to my own device, and I started to use my thermomix on my own, I found that I couldn’t recreate the recipe.  They were either raw or would stick to the pan, so I started tweaking the recipe til I came up with my own version.

Hope

Even when there is darkness, there is hope for light.

This statement is so deep, and almost brings tears to my eyes to sit and really think about that it for a moment, because no matter how dark times can get or we can get, there is hope.  We have all experienced periods of that or have been touched by it by someone we know.
