I haven’t shared too many of my homemade cordial recipes yet. I started to make Pineapple Cordial as we got a few pineapples in our box divvy that were either dry or very ripe. It’s a great way to even use up pineapple that has been cut up and not eaten.
I love making cordials in summer! We are having such a warm spring that I’ve started to make fruit cordials earlier this year.

There is nothing worse than having a runny nose that you need to wipe too often with tissues, which in turn causes a sore red chaffed nose.
Never fear, I have an idea…

I am truly blessed to have meet so many wonderful people on my journey creating our Essential Olie Tree.
Nat is one these people.
She is a gorgeous woman that shared with me her favourite diffuser blend. I’ve been busting to share it with you all, as I know some of you will resonate with it.
I’ve called this blend “Strength”. I feel that intuitively Nat picked these 3 essential oils for their emotional support benefits.

I actually love using dōTERRA’s proprietary blend called InTune. It was created to support our bodies during times when we are required to be focused. However, as it comes in a rollerball of pure essential oils, we found it just too strong for our kids, so we started to dilute the rollerball into other rollerballs bottles and added some lemon essential oil to tone it down to their preferred aroma.
This is our youngest daughter’s favourite blend to wear to school, and when sitting down in the evening to complete her allocated homework.

Both spearmint and citrus oils have energising and uplifting properties. Spearmint also promotes our sense of focus, so this is a great blend to diffuse in the morning to get everyone up and going ready for school and work.

As mentioned in my last blog post, Green Mandarin was released by dōTERRA at the 2018 Global Convention. From the moment I smelt it, I was in love with the tender smell. I am hoping it will be available in May 2019 to buy from our Australian warehouse, as I believe everyone that loves citrus must have this oil. Continue reading Green Mandarin Diffuser Blends

Long before I used essential oils I used to use lemon peels (rather than throwing them out after using the lemons for the juice) and cut up old cot sheets and baby wraps that had I couldn’t pass onto anyone or donate to charity as they had small rips or holes in them.

Brazilian Cheese Puffs were one of the first things the lovely Mel from ThermoHead showed me how to make. Head over to Facebook and give Mel a like and follow but if instagram is more your thing, you will find her at Thermoheadmel.
Once Mel left me to my own device, and I started to use my thermomix on my own, I found that I couldn’t recreate the recipe. They were either raw or would stick to the pan, so I started tweaking the recipe til I came up with my own version.
