Both spearmint and citrus oils have energising and uplifting properties. Spearmint also promotes our sense of focus, so this is a great blend to diffuse in the morning to get everyone up and going ready for school and work.

There is something about the smells of autumn that I find so comforting.
Now days I do substitute the White Fir for Siberian Fir, and it still smells divine.
I used to make this recipe before using essential oils with the lemon rind from lemons I used in the kitchen, and rather than throw out the rinds, I would make a wood polish and duster cleaning product with it.
Purify is great for eliminated odours. We use this when we have been deep frying, cooking seafood, spicy and garlic flavoured foods.
I have already shared some of my favourite essential oils to blend with lemongrass, so this week I will share with you how I use lemongrass in a 10ml rollerball blend to support my body and my family.
Another blast from May 2017, this is a blend that I created on a cool day. It was one of my original blends in my Everyday Essentials range called ‘Winter Home’. In rebranding I will not be continuing with this blend, but thought you might like to try it in your diffuser.
