Tropical Smoothie

This is my favourite smoothie. I just use all frozen organic fruit straight from the freezer, so the smoothie is icy cold when you drink it. You can use organic or non-organic fruit…totally up to you. Warning: you might get brain freeze! Of course, you can just use fresh, non-frozen fruit as well. It’s great all year round, but we love it in the warmer months.

If you have any smoothie left over pop it into ice cube trays or ice block moulds, as it also makes delicious ice blocks. With the ice cubes you can pop it into your smoothie when you make it the next time…it adds a whole level of icy coldness to it.

Remember, I use dōTERRA essential oils. The wild orange essential oil can be ingested. Do not buy a wild orange essential oil from the shops and use it, as it may actually be harmful to ingest. If you want to buy a bottle of dōTERRA wild orange essential oil then please buy from me and my team.
